Appointment Policies
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please call our office, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your original appointment for optimal availability.
Late Arrivals
Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to avoid delaying other patients' appointments.
